To work with the 'Webmaster and CRO lead' to define and build the CRO strategy. Perform regular audits with relevant web and user experience analytics tools to find improvement opportunities. To build the AB test roadmap at a global group level, whilst supporting local teams in their localised testing.
- Help define the overall CRO strategy to increase conversions on all Manutan's Enterprise division sites.
- Build a multi-domain AB testing roadmap, both for server-side and client-side testing - with both a mobile and desktop approach.
- Ensure that the run of AB tests, as defined in our roadmap, is maintained and all deadlines are met.
- Perform regular audits and analysis, with relevant web and user experience analytics tools, to find improvement opportunities and then share with relevant product owners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are aligned to business objectives and to serve all product owner's testing needs.
- Collaborate with external partners to enable continued growth and testing velocity.
- Collaboration with the product teams to launch tests based on their OKR (Objectives and key results).
- Analyse (up-front) AB test opportunities to check viability to reach statistical confidence.
- Analyse AB test results to ensure we meet statistical confidence.
- Evangelize and communicate internally to improve and increase awareness of CRO as a methodology and to share the overall CRO progress.
Profil recherché- Performance analysis. He/she will work with Google Analytics 4, AB Tasty, ContentSquare and other analytical tools and platforms necessary for the effective performance of his duties. Familiarity with these tools is a must. Experience with Flagship (Server-side testing) is a nice to have.
- Customer centric. He/she must be able to learn to understand our customer needs and be objective in their approach.
- User experience and usability focus. He/she has an exceptional grasp of usability concepts and web best practices. He/she should have multiple years experience in ecommerce (preferable B2B).
- Communication skills. He/she possesses good communication skills both in verbal and written form. He/she demonstrates the ability to convey concepts and findings in simplified terms that are easily understandable to non-technical personnel.
