WHAT WE DO IN PLATFORM EXPERIENCE PRODUCT TEAM:
One of the greatest challenges faced by Aviv is providing new platform services to its customers with a highlight perception and fast adoption.
Inside the Platform Experience Product team, the Connect Success & Care team was formed as part of the solution to that challenge.
The Connect Success team is in charge of relationship management with third parties like real estate software vendors or P&T teams of our customers.
Connect Success mates are the front-end, in the fields, for help our technical partners to make the big leap onto our new APIs' platform
It is the Connect Success mission to convert and to grow up Partners in the use of our APIs ecosystem, all along the lifecycle service management , from negotiation to new release
This may be accomplished through direct support tasks, workshop, stearing comitees, external and internal meeting, stakeholder advice, product and process improvement, new tool/dashboard creation contribution and further development of Connect Success area.
Job Description
What we are looking for:
You're in charge of a portfolio of third-party P&T partners or prospects.
You're in charge of convincing partners/prospects about APIs benefits.
You're focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term partnerships with third-parties.
You present the products, drive meeting, share documentation, explain details to ensure the adoption and implementation of relevant APIs.
You are the key contact of the head of third-party partners for addressing issues about common customers.
You help the sales team with upsells and renewal as a key P&T connoisseur of the prop-tech and network effects.
You have an outside-in approach to help product teams understand the customer problem and help them build what is right for the market and the customer. You work closely with the P&T and Product Marketing in charge of API development or tooling development.
You are in charge of managing services and partners on the developer portal and its back office, your daily tools in an industrial way.
Work within a cross-functional technical team of product managers and different engineering teams to execute on that product vision by building new experiences for our users and capabilities for the business.
Ensure that users' experiences with Platform Connect are consistently high-bar and ensure simple, fast and tailored outcomes for users.
Use rapid experimentation to find new experience improvement opportunities to enhance our proposition.
Collaborate closely with other Platform Services and CRM teams to leverage technology to improve operational processes through automation and create stronger decision-making capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Data Science and Performance to improve the quality of measurement, drive structured performance management through clear reporting and make data-informed trade-offs to maximise the impact of spend and execution.
Qualifications
Who you are:
You are passionate about product API and new technologies.
You love to help others to solve issues and to improve their journey.
You are comfortable in a distributed and cross-functional environment.
You have good listening, synthesis and organisational skills.
You have an excellent level of oral and written communication skills.
Excellent level in French and English.
Ideally you have a successful experience in Product, or in Service Management or in Customer Service.
Preferably have proven experience in the areas of project management.
