You’ve come to the right place. Reporting to the International Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing TBS's network of agents and distributors worldwide. You will be accountable for the commercial performance of the international Wholesale business in your Export zone, focusing on both revenue growth and profitability. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: Ensuring revenue and profitability growth for the TBS brand within your international Export zone. Managing, motivating, and overseeing an existing network of agents and distributors in over 30 countries. Prospecting to expand the number of countries where the TBS brand is being present in line with the selective commercial strategy set by the International Sales Director and TBS’s GM Participating in "Product Committees" at TBS HQ and offering suggestions to evolve collections based on specific market needs and growth opportunities in your Export markets. Ensuring regular contact with agents and distributors to closely understand their specific needs and market characteristics and communicating this feedback to your management and the TBS product teams. Acting as a liaison with the Marketing, Sales Administration, Supply Chain, and Financial Control departments at TBS for the countries under your responsibility, working closely with your direct supervisor. Supporting Export agents and distributors in improving market performance: opening new wholesale "doors," improving market coverage based on the potential of each city/region, etc. Training the sales teams of our Export partners through regular field visits and on-site training sessions. Committing at least 30% of your time to field visits to stay close to international markets, assess growth potential, and gain a deep understanding of their needs. Required Profile: Graduated from a business school, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in managing networks of distributors and sales agents internationally (wholesale/B2B), preferably in the footwear or sportswear textile sector. You have gained significant experience in the Europe/Middle East region (EMEA), and knowledge of the Asian market would be an advantage. You are fluent in English, and ideally speak Spanish. You are proficient in Excel and digital tools and are familiar with reading a profit and loss statement. As a field-oriented person, you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and active listening, enabling you to build trust-based relationships. You are a natural salesperson, tenacious, with a “hunter” mindset, and at the same time, you understand how to leverage sales growth in existing markets. You are proactive, flexible in dealing with cultural differences in international markets, and able to adapt to the varied nature of the tasks you will undertake. Your early experiences have allowed you to build an international network of contacts: agents, distributors, buyers for specialized footwear and/or clothing retailers, buyers for international department stores, travel retail. You have a strong customer service orientation ("customer-centric") and are knowledgeable in omnichannel distribution: physical and digital distribution channels and creating synergies between various consumer touchpoints.
