Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategic Direction Set the strategic direction for the French operations in alignment with global business goals. Cultivate a high-performing, data-driven and guest-centric organizational culture. Promote strong cross-functional collaboration and an environment that fosters creativity, growth and teamwork. Build a resilient and agile leadership team, focusing on continuous professional development and clear succession planning. Act as the primary ambassador of the company's brand in France, ensuring the establishment of a strong market presence. Team Leadership & Organizational Development Oversee the entire organizational structure in France, ensuring strategic alignment across all departments, including operations, marketing, sales, guest services, human resources, IT and finance. Lead the recruitment, development, and management of top-tier talent, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Collaborate closely with the global leadership team to implement corporate strategies and policies at the local level, ensuring seamless integration with the global organizational matrix. Operational Oversight Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all business units, maintaining a focus on guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Implement best practices for business operations, including the use of data analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Manage key third-party vendor relationships, ensuring high standards of service and cost-effectiveness. Financial Management & Reporting Lead the development of business plans and financial strategies aimed at sustainable growth, aligned with long-term corporate goals. Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial health and market trends. Monitor key performance indicators and present regular updates to the global leadership team on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Market Development & Innovation Champion the development of new business opportunities in France, leveraging market insights and emerging trends to drive innovation. Strengthen the company’s market positioning, ensuring that the brand continues to evolve and meet the changing needs of the leisure market. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Required Qualifications Language Skills : Fluency in both French and English is essential. Education : A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required; an MBA is highly preferred. Experience : Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience, ideally within the leisure, tourism, or high-traffic business sectors. Proven track record managing large teams (100+ employees) in a complex, matrixed organizational structure. Direct experience with high-revenue businesses. Strong background in operational management, strategic planning and financial oversight. Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead through influence and navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen with a passion for data-driven strategies and innovation.
