Responsibilities Obtaining / understanding requirements from internal sales force & development of functional specifications Collaboration with sales force and clients to optimize communication projects. Manage exchanges and ensure their fluidity and efficiency; => “Get things done” Monitoring developments with technical teams on the technical design, development and technical testing stages Relationship with the group's different business units in order to integrate/configure the “product” (the service) in their solutions (software, digital services, etc.) Takeover for validation with sales force (Key Account Managers) and customer Leads approximately 5 projects simultaneously (from 1 to 6 months a project) Qualifications Organizational and time management skills - Management of administrative tasks, coordinating calendars and planning important meetings => organizational support of Business Unit. Rigor and requirement - Contribution to the efficiency of the company, avoid errors and omissions, and ensure good management of documents and files .
