In 2022, the business secured institutional investment from a leading Pan-European growth, buy-out Fund. To help drive the business through its ambitious acquisitive and international growth plans, the company is seeking to hire an outstanding German speaking Account Executive, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Role Responsibilities Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas. Manage the entire consultative selling cycle from finding a client to securing a deal (MEDDIC) Unearth new sales opportunities through partners & clients and turn them into long-term partnerships. Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations. Present products to prospective clients Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors in your responsibility to understand their needs. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data within CRM. Requirements Fluent German language skills Proven experience as an Account Executive position Preferred : experience in the staffing space or in an HR Tech environment Demonstrated curiosity and eager to learn and explore new functional territories Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Proficiency with Salesforce Excellent communication/presentation, and negotiation skills and ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
