From employee engagement to advising managers and developing HR initiatives, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Lead and manage relationships with employee representative bodies and implement impactful HR strategies. HR Initiatives: Design and execute employee engagement, performance management, and compensation plans to drive organizational success. Strategic Advisor: Partner with leaders, offering expert guidance on HR policies and talent management. Employee Support: Coach teams through complex issues, resolving escalations with care. Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with company goals and offer creative, actionable solutions. Training & Development: Organize learning sessions on performance management and talent development. HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and present insights to guide decision-making. What You Bring: Master’s degree in HR or equivalent. 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in management. 4+ years managing employee representatives. Bilingual in French and English.
