Want to directly interact with publishers worldwide (mostly USA & Europe), learn about how they drive their digital advertising business, and get exposed to the entire programmatic ecosystem? We are looking for an intern to join our Implementation & Customer Care team. In this role, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients as well as their primary gateway to the Adomik Support and Tech teams. Mission Perform accuracy checks and audits of client set-up (you must love numbers and excel) Drive the technical onboarding of clients (publishers) Design tools to improve productivity or communication with clients In details, you will… Compare numbers between what the client says he’s seeing on our platform, what he’s expecting, and what we observe from his partners (our data source). You will definitely need to interact with the client for this exercise and compare data on excel / google sheets. Perform a full audit of client set-up for key clients (check numbers, naming conventions, document key information to be shared between Adomik and clients) Gather information and analyze the technical stack of each client (ad server, SSP, …, such as Google Ad Manager, Criteo, Pubmatic, Index Exchange, etc…) Manage the activation of our products for our clients: gather credentials, collect data and run data accuracy checks,... Some complex implementations might require light SQL knowledge, and we will train you Analyze what went wrong and improve internal processes accordingly to increase our efficiency, avoid issues and get our clients happy Perform some maintenance tasks (10% of your time) About you Curious and passionate about learning technologies and tech skills (web, ad tech, etc.) Numbers person - you must love excel & pivot tables ; knowing python is a plus Process-oriented, with a desire to create and formalize best practices (always improve) Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities You live in France and you are fluent in English (you will interact with foreign clients) Benefits Wage: €1,000 net per month with luncheon vouchers Adomik At Adomik, our mission is to help publishers grow in an ever more challenging and complex digital world dominated by GAFA.
