Please check this exciting new opening in our HR Department: Human Resources Generalist has the responsibility within the R&D/ Engineering population, to ensure the implementation of the human resources policy in accordance with the strategy defined by the Group as well as management. But also, to advise managers on the management of their teams in compliance with current social legislation. He also participates in cross-functional projects at site or even group level. Main activities: Management/Compliance with HR policy -Participates in all internal and external personnel movements (Recruitment, Mobility, Transfer, Promotion, Departures) - Monitors performance indicators (KPI) linked to the function (absenteeism, succession plans, diversity, recruitment times, etc.) - Manages the integration of new joiners (permanent, fixed-term, temporary workers, work-study/interns). - Ensures the consistency of salaries and participates in their possible adjustments (revision of salaries linked to a promotion, individual increase, bonus, etc.). - Coordinates the management, implementation and evaluation of training, in collaboration with the service provider. - Advises managers on the implementation of the rules in force (internal regulations, collective agreement, law, etc.). - Ensures compliance with the rules on the site and sets up possible disciplinary procedures. - Participates in audits (GEM, ISO, etc.) - Applies the Group's HR policy and is in direct contact with Group HR contacts HR development -Leads the human resources development policy. - Participates in the creation and implementation of new human resources management tools according to needs. - Acts as an internal trainer, particularly with managers. - Recommends development and training plans as part of the site's skills management. - Contributes to a good social climate YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor`s Degree Working experience as HR generalist into an international company English language WE VALUE: 8+ year experience in Human Resources department Excellent communication skills Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Individuals who are self-motivated and autonomous.
