My client is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager - HR and Legal Applications.IT Enabling functions team - HR and legal - is responsible for all applications for HR and Legal departments, The team members are supporting internal clients with applications lifecycle management, process improvements and harmonisation.We are running new projects to renew the old applications and migrate them to Saas and modern solutions
Project management with our internal clients HR and Legal and the selected external providers following IT processes.Project governance and reportingSupport internal teams with project activities ( specifications, data cleansing andmigration ).3 identified projects: Contract's lifecycle management system implementation (Legal) Time & Attendance system implementation for Greece (HR) Time & Attendance system implementation for Italy (HR)Key Tasks and Responsibilities :- Initiate the project implementation activities- Kick off preparation and teams engagement- Project governance meetings set up and management ( presentation and meeting minutes- Project timeline and activities follow up- Risks and issues management- Project deliverables and repositories management- Project status report on weekly basis- Coordination of activities between teams and external providers during the project- Invoices followup and budget monitoring- Ensure the requirements for the project run and support after Go Live
Required Skills : Manage application projects and application management activities Oversee and control applicative roadmaps associated with his/her application(s)scope Manage relationships with external support teams (TPM) when needed Manage the application budget associated with Project and Application Ensure service performance quality in terms of cost, deadline and quality withhis/her application(s) scope Interact with infrastructure teams to ensure the performance of the applicationportfolio Participate in Application Teams DRP for the application portfolio in conjunctionwith the respective business stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams.Education & Experience : More than 6 years experience in project management activities Knowledge on HR and/or Legal domains and applications: payroll, time andattendance, contracts lifecycle management Technical and functional skills on migration projects Knowledge on change management strategy Problem solving Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company Fluent or native English speaker Knowledge on Google applications Self-driven and ability to work in autonomy Leadership and management skills, including non-hierarchical management Flexible working hours to accommodate diverse geographic locations Strong verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal and collaborative skills French speaker is desirable
